Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DriveSafe application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the application.

2. Description of Service

DriveSafe is a mobile application designed to reduce distracted driving by blocking notifications and limiting phone functionality while the user is driving. The application uses various technologies to detect when you are driving and automatically activates distraction-blocking features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the application, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to circumvent the distraction-blocking features of the application
  • Not use the application in a way that could distract you while driving
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application

5. Limitation of Liability

DriveSafe is designed to help reduce distracted driving, but it cannot guarantee the prevention of all distractions or accidents. You acknowledge that:

  • The application may not detect all driving situations accurately
  • Technical issues may affect the functionality of the application
  • You remain responsible for operating your vehicle safely at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveSafe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the application.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some features of DriveSafe may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to these features, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as they are presented to you at the time of purchase.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the application or any part thereof.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
